Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Place the electronic item in its original packaging with all included manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
